Stucco, or Portland cement plaster is durable and versatile.  It consists of Portland cement based materials and sand, mixed with water to form a workable plaster.  It can be applied by hand or machine to either the inside or exterior structure of a building.  Traditional Portland cement plaster is a time-tested exterior breathable finish which consist of two to three coats of cement trowelled onto a surface.
