EIFS stands for Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems. It is also called synthetic stucco, and refers
to a multi-layered exterior finish.  An EIFS exterior system or cladding consist of:

• A Substrate (e.g., plywood) Installation of weather barrier onto existing walls.
• Insulation Board
• Embedding fiberglass W/ Base-coat, Reinforcing Mesh
• Finish Coat

Synthetic Stucco can be applied to exterior of commercial buildings as well as your home to give it a detailed elegant finish.
